Campuses:

If you are a mental health or child welfare professional interested in increasing your competency in adoption and permanency practice, we invite you to learn more about the Permanency and Adoption Competency Certificate (PACC) program offered through the Center for Advanced Studies in Child Welfare at the University of Minnesota.
Through 13 in-class sessions, 2 online sessions and 6 post-training clinical case consultation and supervision sessions, participants have the opportunity to earn the PACC Certificate, which includes the nationally-recognized Training in Adoption Competency (TAC) developed by the Center for Adoption Support and Education (CASE).
Senator Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) nominated CASCW to be one of the 2012 Angels in Adoption
for our work in adoption and permanency, which includes the Permanency and Adoption Competency Certificate (PACC). The award was presented at a gala held in Washington, D.C. on September 11-12, 2012.
