(TAC) - To receive the Permanency and Adoption Competency Certificate, participants must fulfill the classroom curriculum and six months of post-training clinical case consultation.Individuals with advanced degrees and professional licensure in psychology, counseling, social work or related profession also receive the Training for Adoption Competency (TAC) certification from the Center for Adoption Support and Education (CASE) in addition to the PACC certificate of attendance.
