We are pleased to announce that we are now accepting applications for the 2014-2015 Permanency and Adoption Competency Certificate program. The two cohorts for 2014-2015 will be located in the Twin Cities metro area and Marshall, MN.  Successful graduates of the PACC will be listed on a searchable database where families, agencies, and other professionals can search for adoption-competent providers.
