Our mission is to maximize the potential of individuals, couples, children, and families by providing individualized, and family-centered services. Alex Gregory has been working in the field since 2010. Alex specializes in working with individuals and families ranging from birth to adulthood. Alex strives to provide a welcoming and trusting environment, where people can enhance their strengths and learn new tools to handle a variety of life stressors or challenges. Alex has experience working with individuals, children, and families that present with concerns of anxiety, depression, ADHD, adoption, autism, trauma, attachment, behaviors, and relationships. Alex earned a Master’s Degree from St. Cloud State University and a Certificate in Permanency and Adoption from the University of Minnesota; she is trained in early childhood mental health and Circle of Security.
