New federal legislation authored by Sen. Klobuchar promotes pre- and post-adoption supports
Last month, Minnesota Senator Amy Klobuchar introduced the Supporting Adoptive Families Act (S. 369), "A bill to enhance pre- and post-adoptive support services."
