This learning module specifically focuses on children involved with child protection who also have disabilities. It is an elaboration of a previous IV-E learning module by Wendy Haight, Child Protection and Child Disability.

In their current research, the research team considers how communication between elementary school educators and child welfare professionals occurs in Japanese and South Korean contexts. By looking outside of our particular cultural context, they hope to generate some creative approaches to such cross-systems collaborations that you can use in your practice.
