Associate Professor Jeff Waid and PhD candidate Shelby Flanagan created a three-part module series, Service Navigation Workforce Study based on a study of people working in service navigation in Minnesota in which learners will be able to explain the barriers to care that families experience, describe the scope of practice and best practices for service navigation, identify training needs for service navigators, and understand service navigators’ perspectives on evidence-based practice.
